Our strategic corporate relationship with The UPS Store® network provides us with 4,400 professional and conveniently located fingerprint locations domestically. With 83% of the US population located within ten (10) miles of a The UPS Store location, we are able to provide unparalleled coverage for fingerprint collection nationally.

This extensive network of identity data collection centers allows us to provide an easily accessible and consistent methodology for collecting biometric and biographic data, while creating a positive experience for our customers based on accuracy, speed, efficiency and simplicity.

Our capabilities include the ability to not only capture fingerprints and other biometric data electronically, but to process ink based fingerprint cards as well.

Our Data Collection services include:

  • Pre-registration website for the collection of biographic information, biometric collection appointment scheduling and payment processing
  • Trained professional Trusted Agents to verify the identity of an individual; scan and verify identity authentication documents such as passports, signed forms and certificates; and collect biometric data such as fingerprints, iris and palm scans, voice prints and photos for facial recognition
  • Our strategic corporate relationship with The UPS Store® network provides us with 4,400 professional and conveniently located fingerprint locations domestically. With 83% of the US population located within ten (10) miles of a The UPS Store location, we are able to provide unparalleled coverage for fingerprint collection nationally.
  • Secure data center storage that is FISMA-compliant and meets the rigorous standards set forth by the Department of Homeland Security/TSA. As a FBI approved channeler, DTIS receives EFTS and transmits directly to FBI Criminal Justice Information Services.
