Thomas A. Grissen, CEO Thomas A. Grissen is Daon's CEO and a member of our board of directors. Tom oversees all strategic and operational aspects of the business worldwide and is based in Daon's Reston office in Virginia. Tom brings almost 20 years of technology experience to Daon. Most recently he served as President and General Manager of MAXIMUS and a member of the MAXIMUS Board of Directors. From 1999-2001 MAXIMUS was selected by Business Week Magazine as one of the 100 Best Hot Growth Companies in America. Prior to joining MAXIMUS in 1998, Tom was the Vice President and General Manager of TRW's Global Public Sector Solutions SBU. Throughout his career Tom has managed domestic and international systems integration and outsourcing contracts and successfully directed the implementation of the national fingerprint system for the United Kingdom. Tom is very active in government advisory groups and is a member of the Enterprise Systems Board of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). Tom holds a BS in business administration from Central Michigan University and an executive MBA from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University. |

Conor White, CTO Conor White, Chief Technology Officer and a member of the board of directors of Daon, has more than 18 years of experience in software engineering, including expertise in areas such as the development of biometrics, smart cards, electronic payments, PKI, information security and e-business infrastructure. He has also worked extensively in the development of a broad range of Internet and finance applications and architectures. As Daon's CTO, Conor drives the strategic technical direction and architectural vision of the company. Recently, Conor has spent much of his time working with systems integrators in the design and development of major government identity assurance solutions using biometric technology. Prior to his current position, Conor was Senior Vice President of Engineering for CardBASE Technologies, where he led the software engineering function and played a large role in the strategic direction of the company's product set. He holds a master's degree in computer science as well as a bachelor's degree in computer applications. |

Tony Murphy, COO Tony is a founding Director and board member of Daon. He is a Senior Executive in the IT industry with over 20 years experience within the software, consulting and telecommunications sector. Prior to joining Daon, Tony was a Corporate Finance Executive with Dermot Desmond’s International Investment & Underwriting. Previous companies include NKF Kabel, Netherlands, British Gas, Aster (Ireland) Ltd. and Mason. Tony received a B.Sc. in Applied Physics and M.Sc. in Physics from Dublin City University in 1987 and 1990 respectively. |

Diana Donohue, CFO As Chief Financial Officer for Daon, Diana oversees all financial functions of the Company. This role includes serving as a business partner to other members of the management team for a unified approach to all aspects of the Company's business. Diana brings over 18 years of financial and business management experience ranging from small, privately owned businesses to large, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. Diana's experience in organizations serving government and commercial customers has provided her with extensive knowledge of the software, professional services and business process outsourcing marketplace, along with expertise in the federal procurement process and accounting requirements and practices. In addition, her experience includes broad-based financial management, proposal pricing models, IPOs, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, systems implementations, and international operations. Prior to joining Daon, Diana was a senior management team member at MAXIMUS. Diana is a Certified Public Accountant with a BA degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary, Virginia. |

Kevin Sharp, Senior VP Sales, Middle East and India Kevin is responsible for achieving Daon’s revenue goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Middle East and India. This involves the ownership and execution of Daon’s go-to-market strategy within those regions and the development of strategic partnerships to complement Daon’s core capabilities across the Middle East and India. Kevin brings 22 years experience with blue chip providers of technology-based solutions across a broad range of vertical industry areas including Public Sector and Financial Services. Before joining Daon, Kevin was responsible for establishing and growing Siebel's Public Sector business in the UK, Ireland and South Africa, which included developing propositions that underpin major transformational programs in Social Services, Revenue and Education agencies. Prior to Siebel, Kevin held several senior positions in the UK, including managing Oracle's UK Enterprise Applications Sales organization, managing an eCommerce specialist solution group and acting as Global Account Manager for major Financial Services organizations. Kevin holds a B.Sc. from Birmingham University and an MBA from the University of Aston Management School. |

Clive Bourke, Vice President, Asia Pacific Clive Bourke leads the sales organization for Daon’s pursuits in the Asia Pacific region. A 10 year veteran of Daon, Clive Bourke has worked across many aspects of the business including engineering, product management and sales. He has in-depth knowledge of the identity industry and has been closely involved in the early stages of development of Daon products and he has supported the development of Daon's business across the globe. With over 17 years international experience in enterprise software and solutions, Clive is a sought-after speaker and he brings significant domain knowledge, deep consulting experience and a track record in taking multiple first-of-a-kind projects from concept to completion with full accountability for budget, delivery and quality. He earned his Electronic Engineering degree from University College Dublin. |

RJ Langley, VP Products & Alliances Daon's VP of Products and Alliances, RJ, oversees all strategic and operational aspects of Daon's product portfolio and alliances program. RJ brings over 32 years experience with TRW and Northrop Grumman as a Project Manager, Chief Engineer, Distinguished Technical Fellow and Director of the Automated Identification Systems Business Area. From 1998 to 2001, RJ was Project Manager for the National Automated Fingerprint Identification System (NAFIS), which provided identification services to the 43 police forces of England and Wales. NAFIS significantly advanced the state of the art for forensic fingerprint matching accuracy and was unique among AFIS systems with respect to size, speed, and degree of integration with other criminal justice systems. This highly successful program was delivered to the client on schedule and on budget. RJ holds an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University, an MS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech. |

Cathy Tilton, VP Standards and Technology Cathy Tilton is VP of Standards and Technology at Daon. Cathy has over 25 years of engineering and management experience, including over 12 years in the field of biometrics. Since 2002 Cathy has been the head of the U.S. delegation to the ISO subcommittee on biometrics. Cathy has an exceptional understanding of biometric technologies and a strong reputation in the industry, presenting on a regular basis at industry conferences and events. She also provides a wealth of practical experience in integrating biometrics into a variety of systems, in both government and commercial applications. Cathy holds a BS in nuclear engineering from Mississippi State and an MS in systems engineering from Virginia Tech. |

Martin Walsh, Chief Legal Counsel Martin is Daon’s Chief Legal Counsel and Head of Government Affairs. As such Martin is responsible for managing all legal and regulatory activity across the company. Martin is also responsible for directing Daon’s and political and government affairs strategy. Martin is a qualified barrister and was called to the Bar in 1995. He is a recognized, international legal and regulatory affairs expert and combines broad based experience in senior legal and regulatory positions both in-house and in private practice with a successful international legal, lobbying and advisory career in Brussels, London and Washington DC. Martin was also one of the founding Directors of the European Biometric Forum and is currently the Chairman of the organization – a non-profit organization launched by the European Commission in 2003. Cheryl Walker Waldrup, Vice President of Global Marketing As the Vice President of Global Marketing, Cheryl is responsible for Daon’s global strategic marketing plan, product positioning programs and overseeing corporate and product communications. Cheryl has more than 20 years experience in corporate marketing and communications. Specializing in branding, strategic planning and product launch, her experience spans diverse markets in both large scale and smaller, entrepreneurial environments. An accomplished writer and speaker, Cheryl has published more than 100 articles in national and regional publications, including Software Strategies and Plant Site Locations magazines. She is active in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Summit, Women in Technology, Federation for Identity and Cross-Credentialing Systems (FiXs), and serves as Vice Chair of the ID Management Committee at the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). Prior to joining Daon, Cheryl served as Strategic Marketing Executive for American Systems Corporation and Director of Corporate Marketing at General Physics Corporation. She began her career as an advertising consultant for Stannard Broadcasting in West Central Louisiana and has extensive experience in domestic and international markets. |

Dick Bradley, Global Head of Professional Services Dick Bradley, a 28-year veteran of the IT sector, is the senior leader responsible for selling, managing and delivering Daon’s services business on a global scale. He is the focal point for the successful implementation of the Daon services-led strategy, responsible for business development in both existing and new accounts and managing service delivery. With almost three decades of experience in technology, Bradley has served in leadership roles in a number of companies including TRW, Unisys, BDM, and most recently at MAXIMUS, where he held positions of increasing importance including President of the Government Systems Group and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He holds degrees in History, Education and Public Administration from the Western Washington State University and has served in active roles in several industry organizations including the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA). |

Jack Ginsburg, Senior Vice President, Daon Trusted Identity Services Jack Ginsburg is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Daon Trusted Identity Services, and a member of the Board of Directors. With 25+ years of experience spanning government and commercial enterprises around the world, Jack has significant expertise in sales management, business development and service delivery. He has led the successful development and implementation of domestic and international business plans for multiple new market segments. Jack has designed and implemented corporate marketing, branding and communications strategies. He has extensive experience in establishing strategic alliances and maintaining successful partnership relationships. Most recently, Jack served as Senior Vice President of MAXIMUS where he oversaw the generation of sales valued in excess of $700M. |

Leo Ring, Vice President of Sales, Americas Region Leo Ring leads Daon’s sales efforts in the Americas region. He joined Daon in 2001 and has been responsible for Daon's programs and relationship with the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for several years. During his time at Daon, he has worked to support a number of border management and immigration authority modernization initiatives in Europe, North America and Asia. Prior to joining Daon, Leo worked at IBM, where he began his career as a systems engineer and moved into various account and sales management roles. He then worked for Microsoft in Ireland, developing and growing the organization from 4 people to more than 60 with a fifteen-fold increase in revenue over 6 years. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and received a Post-Graduate M Sc in Management Practice from The Irish Management Institute. He is a holder of the Sir Charles Harvey medal, awarded annually to the most outstanding recipient of a Post Graduate degree. |

Martin "Marty" Cummings, VP for Strategic Market Development Marty Cummings is Vice President for Strategic Market Development at Daon. He has more than 26 years experience in developing and implementing government IT solutions at companies such as Integic, AT&T, GRC International, and TRW. At Daon, Marty manages key partner relationships and leads the company’s business development efforts. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Information Technology Association of America, the Board of Trustees for the Fairfax County Education Foundation and the Board of Directors for the Nuclear Information and Records Management Association, including one term as Vice President. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, Marty served as an officer in the U. S. Marine Corps for more than six years and was recalled to active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm. Over the course of his career in the federal IT market, he has held numerous management and executive leadership positions. |

Seamus MacKenna - VP Partner Enablement Seamus is part of the Global Solutions Group with responsibility for enabling selected global partners successfully exploit Daon product technology for new markets and opportunities. Seamus was Head of Engineering at Daon for the first seven years of the company and played a key role in the product creation, delivery and support departments. Prior to joining Daon, Seamus was involved with setting up a number of product and custom software development functions for Entropy, Epicor and AIB Bank. Additionally, he worked at the IBM Software Lab in Dublin and received his B.Sc. Honours Degree in Computer Applications from Dublin City University in 1985 and a more recent M.Sc. Degree in Innovation & Technology Management from Smurfit Business School, UCD in 2009. |
