Secure, accurate and efficient data management is essential to any identity authentication or credentialing program.

Biometric data is received in our secure operations center via livescan transmission or via inked fingerprint cards which are then scanned and digitized.  Once the biometric data has been received, it is assessed for quality and completion.

The DTIS Data Management Services allows us to provide national criminal history background checking services and the ability to use the data collected to search national and/or local databases to verify citizenship, immigration status, employment status, educational background, professional licenses, etc. as required.

DTIS is a FBI approved channeler for receiving electronic fingerprint transmission specification records (EFTS) and transmitting directly to FBI CJIS. Our infrastructure and processes have been certified and accredited by the TSA.

Our Data Management services include:

• National criminal history background checking
• National or local database searches to verify citizenship, immigration status, employment status, educational background, professional licenses, etc.
• De-duplication services to ensure that an individual is not registered under a different identity
• Secure data center storage that is FISMA-compliant and meets the rigorous standards set forth by the Department of Homeland Security/TSA.  As a FBI approved channeler, DTIS receives EFTS and transmits directly to FBI Criminal Justice Information Services.
