Daon to Unveil UnifiedIDTM Product at Biometric Consortium Conference
Reston, VA - September 22, 2008 - Daon, a global provider of identity assurance software, announced today that it will unveil its new UnifiedIDTM product at the Biometric Consortium Conference (BCC), Sept, 23-25 in Tampa, Florida. UnifiedID is a turn-key system that provides secure biometric enrollment, verification, and provisioning to logical and physical access systems.
With UnifiedID, users can enroll a person’s biographic information, fingerprints, and photograph and be confident that the personal data is being transmitted and stored securely. In a single step, an enrolled identity can be provisioned to all physical and logical access control products which are responsible for managing that person’s privileges – such as door access, network access, and PC login. The system is built on the powerful Daon platform, providing the same vendor neutrality, scalability, performance, security, and extensibility features that power the world’s most critical identity management programs.
