On-site Software Services and Support

Following successful deployment, Daon works with the customer to ensure that the implemented solution remains robust and permanently available. Contract software support service or periodic health checks may be scheduled to review the solution and recommend changes to accommodate additional or new business needs.
Daon provides an Internet Support Portal for all of our Support and Maintenance customers.  The site allows customers to report incidents and monitor the progress and results. 

Maintenance Services

Daon Professional Services is equipped to provide our customers or partners ongoing maintenance staff to enhance and maintain Daon enabled solutions.  Daon has significant experience maintaining and supporting mission critical systems such as the TSA’s Transportation Worker Identification Credential system (TWIC).  Daon maintains and supports the key infrastructure behind TWIC credential enrollment and issuance that has issued over 1.2 Million credentials.
